Benjamin Greaves has returned from an overseas study tour, taking lessons from seasoned Czech, Ukranian and US musicians at the International Music Academy in the Czech Republic. Private lessons with the highly seasoned musicians Salomia Soroka, Daniela Souckova, Frantisek Soucek, and Kirsten Yon were invaluable for ongoing inspiration, as were chamber music studies with the superb and musically passionate Jiri Zigmund. The study tour was made possible with the assistance of a Professional Development grant from Arts Qld.
